There is good news for frequent moviegoers is that they’ll soon get Black Adam featuring The Rock for the first time in a DC Universe movie as a mainstream superhero.
Along with The Rock, there are several other actors added to the cast list after its official announcement. The cast includes Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, and Quintessa Swindell.

The former James Bond actor is going to play the role of Doctor Fate who will be following Dwayne Johnson’s footstep in the film. This alone makes big news for the audience. Who is Doctor Fate?
Doctor Fate is a character who found his superpowers via a connection to the kingdoms of the Nile River. This concept came from there because the golden era of comics emerged just 20 years after the tomb of Tutankhamun was discovered.
Doctor Fate’s real name is Kent Nelson is the son of an ancient archeologist, Sven Nelson. He goes on an expedition to Egypt with his father where he eventually discovers his powers.
Black Adam is surely going to be one of the most thrilling movies so far in the DCEU, and after Zack Snyder’s Justice League bars are already set extremely high for the upcoming movies.
