After We Fell will be released on September 30 in the United States. However, it will be released on September 1 in Italy, Poland, and other European nations. Despite After We Collided’s success at the UK box office, the third film will be released exclusively on Amazon Prime Video in the UK and France.
Neither the UK nor France has given dates, but we may expect them to be in line with the other nations’ September releases. Also, in the UK and France, Amazon Prime Video will distribute the fourth film, After Ever Happy.
It’s possible that the fourth film, After Ever Happy, will be released before After We Fell. Though the release date is still unknown, we know that it’ll be followed by a prequel and sequel film. With a prequel focused on Hardin as a teenager, a sequel focused on Tessa and Hardin’s children, After We Fell and After Ever Happy, filmmaker Castille Landon will pen the screenplay for both films.
Of course, Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin will reprise their respective roles as Tessa and Hardin. Shane Paul McGhie, Stefan Rollins, Karimah Westbrook, Charlie Weber, Candice King, and Selma Blair have not returned due to schedule issues and choosing to film in Bulgaria. With the addition of Chance Perdomo, Atanas Srebrev, Frances Turner, Stephen Moyer, Arielle Kebbel & Mira Sorvino, their parts have been remade.
In addition to Fear Street’s Kiana Madeira as Nora, Louise Lombard as Trish, and Rob Estes as Ken, After We Fell’s Carter Jenkins will play Robert, Angela Sari will play Lillian, and Anton Kottas will play Smith Vance, all of whom will appear in the film. Everyone is expected to return for the fourth film, which will be Langford and Tiffin’s final outing as Tessa and Hardin since After Ever Happy was filmed at the same time.
A synopsis for After We Fell states, “Terissa is embarking on an exciting new chapter in her life, but Hardin’s jealously and unpredictable behaviour reach a fever pitch and threaten to terminate their strong love.”
“Because of the return of the mother and upsetting information about the Hardin family, their predicament becomes even more problematic. Tessa and Hardin must ultimately decide if their love is worth fighting for or if it’s time to part ways.”
