America’s Golden Couple is the story of their relationship from courtship to the painful summer of 1999, which is the focus of this film. Beginning with the “whirlwind courtship and marriage of John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette,” American Love Story will feature “sweeping genuine love stories that caught the world’s attention”.
The series tries to cover their whole relationship, from their whirlwind courtship to the devastating plane disaster that devastated the globe in 1999.
