Favourites for East Enders, the relationship between Phil Mitchell and Kat Slater will become official once and for all because Phil decides to take matters into his own hands by playing Kat with difficulty.
Kat maintains in the news that she wants to remain silent in scenes next week, and she teases Phil because she wants to describe her relationship when chatting at The Arches.
Kat then overhears Phil booking a romantic trip after leaving him dangling, and he can only feel covertly overjoyed.
Knowing him, Phil proposes the date night; Kat likes him and plays challenging to get. Once again, Kat is coy and says she does not want her relationship to be made public when her former Kush Kazemi is waiting for his trial.
Phil meets Kush at Queen Vic later and gives him advice about how to treat jail. Phil was pleased with Kush’s reassurance. Phil told Kat about the chat – and dinner for the couple’s back.
Are Phil and Kat prepared to accept each other’s future, or can the newest flourishing novelty of Walford beat another snag in the coming weeks? We must wait and see.
