The plot of the show mostly focuses on the relationship of humans with technology. It shows how the objectivity of a mere machine can be destroyed when humans interact with it. Some of the episodes have also shown us where the humans wanted to control various aspects of their lives. However, not all the episodes are grim and dark. Some of them have lighter tones too. If the show is renewed for a sixth season, we can expect it to return with their combination of lighter episodes and darker themes.
