Black Panther was an iconic and sensational piece of delight to watch on screen. It made it to the Oscars and there was no doubt in the fact that we would get to witness yet another season of the same. However, the unfortunate death of the main lead in the movie, Chadwick Boseman, did give a massive blow to the production processes. But the makers seem keen to move ahead despite this terrible loss.

It is highly likely that we would see a new king been crowned in the upcoming installment of Black Panther. Mind you, it can also be a queen. You never know! Director Ryan Coogler recently made a statement that they need to go ahead with the project and said that Chad wouldn’t have wanted them to stop it altogether. Thus, we’re going to get the sequel of the 2018 blockbuster, come what may, but it will be served to us with a surprise.

Someone else would be the lead this time instead of Boseman’s T’Challa and all eyes seem tobe on Shuri for the character played by Letitia Wright. She is the Princess of Wakanda and is a sister to T’Challa. Moreover, she is most likely to take up this role because she has served as the Black Panther in the comics.

As of now, it’s unclear whether she would be taking this part or no. But certainly, her role will have magnificent significance in the upcoming events of Wakanda and the other planets in general. We would have to wait a little for the official announcement to have a look at the cast members and then decipher the plot of the sequel.
