A successful release of Season 10 of the American police procedural drama, Blue Bloods was bound to receive a renewal for Season 11.
After finally resuming production for the upcoming season, fans are gearing up for what the hold next in the Reagan family and looking for answers to the question Season 10 left us with its finale. Here are 5 such questions that we can’t wait to find out the answers in the upcoming Season 11:
Will Joe Hill become a regular?
The newest addition to the Reagan family, Joe Hill, Frank Reagan’s grandson in the finale of season 10 saw Sean inviting him to the family dinner and him taking a seat at the table.
Although the welcome was slightly guarded a lot is yet to unfold as the mysterious addition to the family who is Joe Reagan’s son is also an NYPD Detective. Actor Will Hochman portrays the character of Joe Hill in the crime drama.

Is Danny ready to start a new chapter of his life?
It’s been three seasons since Linda, Danny’s wife died in a helicopter crash as she was treating patients.
There have been several hints the show has been dropping that Danny is ready to move on as he was spotted taking off his wedding ring and even getting flirty with the medical examiner and a psychic. It wouldn’t be a bad thing at all to finally see Danny happy.
What’s next for Jamie and Eddie?
While it is only the two years since their marriage, it would be imperative to know what lies ahead for Jamie and Eddie. Would the couple have children?
What other issues could they possibly be facing? Since it’s a family drama, a baby in the mix would certainly open a lot of storylines for further seasons of Blue Bloods.
With Joe in the mix, will Nicky return?
Nicky isn’t the first family member to leave the table but her departure was the most painful for many fans. However, her surprise cameos in the last season were certainly a treat for Blue Bloods fans.
Since the Reagan’s now have a grandson on the table, it would be exciting to see how Nicky interacts with the latest addition, Joe, to the family. Albeit, hopefully, not over Facetime.
Will we see more of Paula Hill?
Joe Hill wasn’t the only one invited to the Sunday dinner, but his mother, Paula was also among the list. However, at a cross with Frank’s decision to not transfer Joe to a safer department, Paula decides to not attend.
Since, the concerned mother doesn’t want her son to suffer the same fate as his father, Joe Reagan, this strain in the Reagan family is bound to create some exciting storylines. Also, who wouldn’t want to see Bonnie Somerville in all her furious glory?
