It has been almost four years since September 2016 that Angelina Jolie had filed a divorce from her ex-husband Brad Pitt. However, they are yet to settle the issue of legal custody of their 5 children. Maddox their eldest son is now an adult 19-years-old and is capable to decide for himself.
According to the reports, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been called to appear before a judge in November 2020 to discuss the custody of their remaining children during the holidays.
Brad Pitt’s hopes are high as he might get the increased custodial time and get a chance to spend more time with his children on Christmas eve this year. The Judge will make a decision on this soon and decide what is going to be the fate of these two superstars in the month of November 2020.
Angelina Jolie’s disagreement on Brad Pitt’s demands on custody of children:
After Angelina Jolie filed a divorce from her husband Brad Pitt wants 50-50 legal custody of their children. However, Angelina Jolie was not agreeing on the same, due to which the situation reached into the court. According to Angelina Jolie, she doesn’t want their children to be in Los Angeles as she wants to protect her children.
Brad Pitt respects Angelina Jolie’s parenting and she does everything which is best for their children. But Brad Pitt believes that his presence and his love are also important for their children.
If we see, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were engaged in 2012, and they got married in 2014. The married life didn’t work well between them due to which Angelina Jolie filed a divorce in 2016.
Now both the superstars are waiting for the court trial for custody of their children.
