Raymond Michael “Zino” Weber live streamed himself inside a California apartment along with the dead bodies of two women and thus has been charged with two counts of murder, according to the Vacaville Police Department. He is known to have held the Vacaville police at bay for around eight hours before the officers could force their way inside the apartment and get their hands on him.
After finding him inside the apartment, SWAT officers were called to initiate negotiations but they were unsuccessful. Police then settled down to using distraction devices and chemical agents to let Weber surrender but these attempts were unsuccessful as well.
He’s now due in court on February 2 and is currently held in the Solano County Jail without bail.
