CBS Schedules Fall 2020 Premiere Dates For Young Sheldon & More Scripted Series

CBS has disclosed the air dates for ten TV shows from its fall lineup. These shows along with several other series were set to launch in September and October, but now they will debut in November 2020. Let’s check out their premiere dates and descriptions in the next month below.

CBS’ Premiere Dates For 10 Series In November 2020

November 5, 2020, Thursday

YOUNG SHELDON (Season 4 premiere) — 8-8:30 PM 

The fourth season of Young Sheldon will feature Sheldon, who will graduate from high school. Fans will see him in an emotional breakdown because he is not ready for college. Viewers will also see Dale trying to make amends with Meemaw.

B POSITIVE (Series premiere) — 8:30-9 PM

The pilot episode of B Positive will show a divorced father, Drew, who is a therapist. He finds out that he needs a kidney donor. He encounters Gina, who volunteers to donate her kidney.

In the series, they form a bond of friendship and start a new journey that will affect both of their lives. The series includes Thomas Middleditch, Terrence Terrell, Annaleigh Ashford, Kether Donohue, Izzy G., as well as Sara Rue. 

MOM (Season 8 premiere) — 9-9:30 PM

Mom season 8 is set to premiere on Thursday on November 5.

November 8, 2020, Sunday (NFL doubleheader)

NCIS: LOS ANGELES (Season 12 premiere) — 8:30-9:30 PM, ET/8-9 PM, PT

In the upcoming episode of NCIS: LOS ANGELES titled The Bear where Sam and Callen will try to find the whereabouts of a Rusian bomber who goes missing while flying over the United States. They try to track down the man in the desert and take all the intel and weapons before the Russians on the plane destroy the aircraft. 

NCIS: NEW ORLEANS (Season 7 premiere) — 9:30-10:30 PM, ET/9-10 PM, PT 

Something in the Air, Part I will feature the citizens who are trying to grapple with the effects of the coronavirus pandemic. Wade gets shocked after the increase of the Covid-19 cases in the hospital and dead bodies in the morgue. Also, Pride sends Carter and Tammy to investigate the death of a person on a ship. Later on, they realize that some of the crew of the ship got infected with the deadly coronavirus. 

NCIS (Fan-favorite episodes from the previous 17 seasons) — 10:30-11:30 PM, ET/10-11 PM, PT

NCIS series is set to air on Sunday, November 8, 2020.

November 11, Wednesday

S.W.A.T. (2-hour Season 4 premiere) — 9-11 PM

The episode titled ‘3 Seventeen Year Olds’ will feature Hondo, his teen charge Darryl (Deshae Frost), as well as his father Daniel Sr. (Obba Babatundé).

They will confront the history of racial tension in Los Angeles between the Black community and law enforcement. Besides, the team also pursues a Jihadist group detonating bombs in coordinated attacks as well as El Diablo’s scattered drug cartel hiding in the city.

THE AMAZING RACE — 8-9 PM

The new episodes of The Amazing Race are set to launch on Thursday on November 11.

November 16, Monday

THE NEIGHBORHOOD (Season 3 premiere) — 8-8:30 PM

Welcome to the Movement episode will showcase the union of Johnsons and the Butlers when they find out a member of their community has become a victim of racial injustice in the city.

BOB ABISHOLA (Season 2 premiere) — 8:30-9 PM

A new season of BOB ABISHOLA is set to premiere on Monday on November 16.

ALL RISE (Season 2 premiere) — 9-10 PM 

A Change Is Gonna Come episode will feature Mark and Lola. They will attempt to build their bond after Lola got detained for defending a teen.

November 17, Tuesday

NCIS (Season 18 premiere) — 8-9 PM 

The season 18 of NCIS will launch a new episode titled Sturgeon Season. Fornell (Joe Spano) and Gibbs will try to find out the leader of the drug racket who gave drugs to Fornell’s daughter. The team also deals with a new case of a missing corpse from the NCIS autopsy room.
