Chadwick Boseman’s wife Simone Ledward has filed a probate case. She keeps on saying that Boseman hasn’t died with a will. Significantly, the marvel’s actor died in August this year.

As we all know, the demise of the Black Panther took place in August this year at the very young age of 43. After a long battle with colon cancer the marvel’s superhero ‘Black Panther’ lost in the real life. Chadwick Boseman has played the role of ‘Black Panther’ in MCU.
Now his widow Ledward has filed a petition so that she can have limited authority over the estate left by her late husband.She has filed a probate case in the court of Los Angeles County.
The sources from the People get the documents from the court which defines Chadwick Boseman’s death intestate, which simply means he had no will in his death. So, from this Ledward is demanding authority.
The documents also include the names of Chadwick’s parents, Leroy and Carolyn Boseman. The documents show the full worth of Chadwick’s estate which is $938,500.
He and Ledward got engaged a few months before his death in October 2019.
In a post on social media, Chadwick’s family wrote that he has left the world with his wife and his family by his side. This post confirmed that the Chadwick had married Ledward sometime before his death.
Furthermore, the couple made their recent appearance and the last one in February at the NBA’s All-star-Game happened in Chicago. Who knows this is the last appearance of a Marvel star?
Chadwick and Ledward had to keep sharing their photographs as they were a couple from 2015 on social media.
The couple was first seen together at Lax at the beginning of 2015. And then when Chadwick was nominated at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2019, both Boseman and Ledward made red carpet entry.
After that in the same year when Chadwick was given an award for the outstanding actor in a motion film for his phenomenon role in Marvel films, at NAACP image awards.
Chadwick presented a speech for his beloved, a tribute for their love which ended with love you. Ledward sitting in the audience replied with the same gesture ‘I Love You’.
