In a poll on Twitter where fans were asked to vote out the best/ worst Chris(es) in the industry, Chris Pratt was voted as the “Worst Chris” (The options included Chris Pratt, Chris Pine, Chris Hemsworth, and Chris Evans) Fans argued that Chris attended a church which is against the rights of people of the LGBTQA+ community. This led many to believe that he may be a Trump support, contrary to what he claimed.
When CNN asked Chris about this, he denied the rumor about the church, and many of the actors who had previously worked with him such as Zoe Saldana, Mark Ruffalo, and Robert Downey Jr. supported his statements.

On a personal note, he was married to Anna Farris, the actor who played the lead role in the sitcom Mom, for seven years before they divorced in 2018. He is now married to Katherine Schwarzenegger, the daughter of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
