There’s a more likely phenomenon than ever wherein you will get to see Coronation Street’s Nick Tilsley dealing with some exciting and surprising revelations on April 9 as the word has been passing about regarding Simon Barlow’s recent arrest.
There had been a drugs raid earlier this week and Simon (Alex Bain) was hauled in by the police. It is known to be a staged punishment according to a few reports owing to his mum Leanne woring undercover all these years.
Leanne (Jane Danson) along with Simon are seen making their plans to flee from Weatherfield as they have this gruesome fear related to Harvey’s rath and they no longer feel safe in their current environments and are looking forward to getting out from their cobbles as soon as possible. On the other hand, we also witness an extraordinarily confused Nick (Ben Price) who didn’t really understand the pretext behind the arrest drama.
Nick was then able to get all the necessary information after having a small talk with Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor) and Imran Habeeb (Charlie de Melo). Nick then rushes to explain to Leanne that he now knows everything as Toyah has spilled the beans for her.
Nick then suggests that they can solve the matter between them considering the fact that Leanne has not yet made herself involve with some other man. He quickly declares his love for her but Leanne, on the other hand, says that its too late for that to accept. This is because Nick is now responsible for his son and he has that thought to consider.
Moreover, there’s some other scene going on in the flow meanwhile wherein we catch Simon tracking his father Peter (Chris Gascoyne) who knows about his involvement in drugs.
