Tyra Banks is an American supermodel who made it in the modeling industry when there were not many women of color. She was an inspiration for many young girls and a heartthrob of many more.
Though Tyra has got ample experience with outfits and the wardrobe malfunctions they often cause, she did struggle with one major one when she was hosting the hit show, “Dancing with the Stars”
While speaking to ET Online, Tyra said: “I think it was the third or fourth episode, I walk out and my hand is on my back and I was holding my dress together. It was not zipped up! And I did not have on any of my jewelry.”
Like the Queen she is, she managed the whole situation quite nicely. As she mentioned, many of us may not even have noticed the discomfort she must have gone through.
Following this reveal, Tyra went on to give some fashion advice for the general public following her America’s Next Top Model persona.
“There are certain rules that I have,” she said. “You have to play to your strengths, so I play to making sure that the waist is snatched – because, if it’s not, I’m well-endowed naturally and it can look a little bit like a muumuu.”
