Will There Be Asur Season 2 Coming Up?
Asur’s first season concluded on a complicated note, making room for a second season. Barun Sobti, one of Asur’s lead actors, shared his enthusiasm for the show’s future, implying that there will be another season.
Voot has not renewed Asur for a second season as of March 19, 2021. However, lead actor Arshad Warsi has announced that a second season will be made.
“I’ll start shooting for Bachchan Pandey in January (January 2021),” Arshad said in an interview with a leading Bollywood site. I’ll end January, February, and March. I’ll begin shooting for Asur season 2 by the end of March. So, March, April, May, and June can be the last months. It should be out by the end of the year, in my opinion. It’s a great script; I’ve heard the second season and it’s fantastic.”
Asus Season 2 – Release Date
Asur is not only Voot’s but also one of the year’s most successful Hindi web series. The fact that the show has an IMDb ranking of 8.4 (25000+ votes) reflects this. We expect the second season to come earlier than anticipated, given the show’s success.
As Arshad previously said, filming will begin in March. Given that filming takes four months and post-production takes two, we should expect Asur season 2 to premiere in the fourth quarter of 2021 or the first quarter of 2022.
