While Fast & Furious 9 hasn’t yet been released in theatres for very long, it’s already been confirmed that it will be available for digital download and streaming at home. Vin Diesel reprises his role as Dom Toretto in the sequel, pitting him against his estranged, spiteful brother Jacob. The film will be available on Friday via video-on-demand platforms.
It is projected to cost roughly $20 to rent in the United States, depending on where you live. Despite the COVID-19 outbreak affecting cinemas worldwide and reducing visitation to specific locations, the sequel was a great hit at the global box office. Six hundred and twenty-two million dollars have been earned so far worldwide.
When the excellent movie is released, moviegoers are eager to return to the theatres, according to Veronika Kwan Vandenberg, Universal’s President of International Distribution. “For the Chinese market, it’s a terrific film! As a result, it has a large following.”
Sung Kang and Nathalie Emmanuel from Game of Thrones join Diesel in Fast & Furious 9. Comebacks are made by Charlize Theron, Dame Helen Mirren, Michelle Rodriguez, and Michelle Rodriguez as well.
Fast & Furious 9 is now playing in UK and US theatres.
