Disney Plus’ Mandalorian season 2 is about to revive a part of the Star Wars Video Games. If you have already played that game in the 1990s, then you might know, that nobody talks about a few characters.

If you talk to a Star Wars fans that haven’t played this game and mention names of the characters like Arden Lyn and Thok, then they might think that you have lost it.

In 1997, Star Wars: Masters of Teräs Käsi had characters like Han Solo and Luke Skywalker duking out against others. Even during those days, nobody said that Teräs Käsi was a real canon. But everything will change after watching the trailer of Mandalorian season 2. In one scene of the trailer, we saw a fighting ring and a similar character like Teräs Käsi with two Gamorreans.

Do you think the game is returning in season 2 of the series? You can check out the official trailer below and see yourself.

What Was Masters of Teräs Käsi?

Masters of Teräs Käsi was a fighting game on Playstation, where the emperor recruits Arden Lyn to fight against and punish the leaders of the Rebel Alliance for destroying the Death Star.

The characters had one cyborg arm, and she had the power to fire small energy bolts. She was also known as a master of Teräs Käsi, which is a form of martial art. The other combatants in the game were Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Boba Fett, a Gamorrean guard named Thok, Princess Leia, a Stormtrooper, a Scout Trooper, as well as a Tusken Raider named “Hoar.”

Other secret unlockable characters were Jodo Kast, the rogue Mandalorian, Mara Jade, as well as Darth Vader.

Is Thok in Mandalorian Season 2?

There are slight chances for Gamorrean grudge-match in the upcoming season of Mandalorian.

At the very end of the teaser, we can also see Mando walking into a place that is hosting a battle between two Gamorreans. It reminds us of the Masters of Teräs Käsi, doesn’t it? And if we look closely, it seems like a cage match between them. It will also make you wonder whether one of those Gamorreans is named Thok? What if it is?

If one of them is Thok then, he has the power to bleach a fireball, which sounds super cool.

Final Words

So we conclude that it is pretty clear that those two Gamorreans can use force and spit fireballs. And maybe this is the comeback of the late 1990s video game. The second part of Mandalorian will come out on October 30 on Disney+.

Stay tuned for more updates.
