Don’t breathe is a 2016 horror film that follows the story of three robbers who break into a blind veteran’s house knowing that they will find a lot of money there.

But what they don’t know is that the veteran may be blind, but it doesn’t stop him from being strong enough to fight the three out.

The movie was a huge success and was a box office hit (it grossed over 150 million US Dollars with just a budget of 10 million US Dollars). The movie has a score of 7.1/10 on IMDb and 88% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Will there be a sequel?

Following the film’s hit, it has been announced that there is going to be Don’t Breathe 2! And it will hit the theatres on 13 August 2020.

It has been confirmed that Stephen Lang has already been cast as he tweeted about it. But we are still not sure if Jane Levy, Dylan Minnette, and Daniel Zovatto will be making a return.

On the downside, the director of the film  Fede Álvarez will not be directing this one. Co-writer and Álvarez’s longtime collaborator, Rodo Sayagues, will instead be making his directorial debut with this one.

Even as a little girl, I was fascinated by words. The idea of stringing words together to form meaningful sentences which could alter the emotions of other human beings excited me. At first I wrote fiction. It gave me a chance to live the different lives I’ve always wanted to. The way my friends reacted when they read my story gave me the greatest of joys. As I grew older, I realised that there are thousands of stories of people around me that deserved to be told. Then I started incorporating their stories to my fictional stories. Over the time, I leaned more towards article writing. I have always felt that writing is my super power. A power I could wield to bring joy and comfort to me and the people I care about.
