Dwight in Shining Armor is an American Fantasy television series which was aired in America on 18th March 2019. The second season was aired on 22nd September and 3rd Season on 15th March 2020. In June 2019 they have announced for 4th season as well.
Each season is 10 episodes long. The series has received a lot of popularity since the beginning. It has included Comedy actions, Sci-fi, and fantasy which has drawn a lot of audiences from America. The show has been premiered on BYUtv. The story starts with Dwight who falls in an underground lair and accidentally kisses and thereby awakens a warrior prices Gretta who has been sleeping for almost 1,000 years.
It was not the only a person who was awakened but with Gretta, her enemies who wanted her dead also awaken with the spell break which was casted by the princess’s wizard to save her. According to prophesy Dwight should be Gretta’s champion but she did not find him one. It is interesting to see how Dwight helps Gretta to cope up in the modern world which was almost far-off with Magic, wizards and other sorts until she wakes up after a millennia.
Release date of Season 4:
Dwight in Shining Armor has maintained a good track of on time releasing their episodes. It was supposed to be released in September 2020. But now the worldwide pandemic situation has changed the whole scenario altogether. There is no official announcements about the dates yet from the creators. But we have got an idea from our sources that season 4 will be releasing in Spring 2021, hopefully if everything goes well.
The cast of the season 4:
As per many viewer’s comments, the cast had portrayed their role perfectly according to the requirements to the show. There will be some new faces in season 4 as per the upcoming plots. The names are not out yet, however, lead faces like Morgan Siegel as Dwight, Caitlin Carmichael as Gretta, and Joel McCrary as Baldric, Danielle Bisutti as Witch Hexela will appear in the upcoming new season as well.
The plot of season 4:
The series will start from the tail end of season 3. In the season 3’s last episode: Dwight, Gretta, Baldric and Hexela entered into a portal where they had a face-off with an enemy group Tovenars. They get to know about the Toveners’s power source Temple of Immortal Flame. On the other hand, Aldred and Sporg are ready to resurrect an army of evil wizards. The whole group of princesses is now surrounded by enemies and she has to make a decision, either to fall back or fight through it.
As per the speculations for Season 4, we will be able to see wizards with their supreme magic. There will be an insight story into Princess Gretta’s family and how the newly formed team defeats their foremost sworn enemies.
