The romantic comedy-drama series is based on an Israeli romantic comedy-drama TV series which goes by the same name by Assi Azar. The Baker and the Beauty was created by Dean Georgaris.
We have seen a baker falling in love with an international superstar in the first season of The Baker and the Beauty. The series then follows the life of that baker with the superstar and how both of them manage to sustain their relationship in the long run. The second season of the show is considered to showcase the aftermath of their relationship.
The show has received a fair rating of 7.3 out of 10 on IMDb wherein the cast members include Nathalie Kelley as Noa Hamilton, Victor Rasuk as Daniel Garcia, Dan Bucatinsky as Lewis, Michelle Veintimilla as Vanessa, David Del Rio as Mateo Garcia, Georgina Reilly as Piper, Belissa Escobedo as Natalie, Madelyn Sher as Amy, Lisa Vidal as Mari Garcia, and Carlos Gomez as Rafael Garcia.
