Ever played the famous video game, Mortal Kombat? Well, noe it is time to finally get a glimpse of the game on screen, as it is being made into a movie! Albeit, history suggests that almost every video-game-to-movie adaptation has been a massive flop, but fans still have high hopes for this upcoming movie.
The original date for the reboot was planned somewhere around in March 2021, before it was pushed forward to January 15. But the ongoing pandemic created chaos all across the world, thus postponing the dates yet again.
The cast will include Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Joe Taslim as Sub-Zero, Tadanobu Asano as Raiden, Hiroyuki Sanada as Scorpion, and Jessica McNamee as Sonya Blade. Not much has been revealed about the plot line yet, but fans are expecting adventure, martial arts and much more.
