Who does not like to be awarded after making something or creating something with utmost passion? Of course, we all do!

Similar it is in the case of movies. Just like Oscar nights and Emmy Nights, Horror movies also need appreciation and you believe it or not, making a horror film is all the tough, and AMC has thought about this.

It introduced a month-long horror movie marathon, which has proved to be a dream come true for the horror movie aficionado. It is known as “Fear Fest” previously called ‘Monster Fest’ back in 2008 when it was just one-week long.

And here is an update of the ten best horror movies from the years’ movie mania.

The first position has been awarded to Friday The 13th, a 1980’s movie, one of the best in the horror franchise. And the AMC thinks, it would add more spice to our Halloween Celebration.

Second, comes Psycho, a 1960’s movie directed by Alfred Hitchcock, one of the best psychological thrillers.

Third, The Conjuring, starring Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga as paranormal investigated, they took us to another level of experiencing paranormal activities.

Fourth and fifth positions have been acquired by The Shining, the 1980’s movie, and the 1990’s Misery. Both the Psychological thrillers were the best of their genre.

Next up is, 1979’s The Amityville Horror based on Jay Anson’s book, this movie had some of the blood-curling scenes of the horror genre.

The seventh and the eight positions have been captured by Bride of Chucky of 1998, the Chucky and Tiffany story, and 2013’s Evil dead, both of them would be great Halloween watch.

The ninth position will be that of the Exorcist of 1973, a super spine-chilling thriller, where a girl is seen fighting a spirit and the tenth place is that of Halloween, the 1978’s film, debuting Jamie Lee Curtis and starring Donald Pleasence is another best Halloween movie of all time.

Guys, go through the list, and if you have missed any, kindly make your Halloween better by taking up those.

Have a Spine-chilling, Horrifying Halloween Ahead!
