Sherman-Palladino said “We are absolutely open to doing more,” so although it isn’t confirmed yet we will hopefully see another season for ‘Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life’ since the talks about the show are all in the air and nothing has been confirmed nothing can be said about the release date. However, we will keep you updated with all the latest news.
What Will Be Cast?
Although we don’t know about the date of Season 2, we can be sure if there is a season 2 these characters will return for sure: Lauren Graham playing Lorelai Gilmore, Alexis Bledel playing Rory Gilmore, Scott Patterson playing Luke Danes, Kelly Bishop playing Emily Gilmore. There will be many other characters who may return as well however we can only confirm it when we get more news.
Possible Plot
Since there isn’t any confirmation for now about the season 2 so the plot can’t be determined however in an interview Sherman-Palladino said “We’ve got the Gilmore clause, we’ve carved it out,” She also said that although another season isn’t confirmed for now “But if another reboot ever happens, it’s likely new episodes will be a little different than A Year in the Life. “It’s going to be a different format,” “It’s going to take some new shape.”
Story of the Letter Emily Mentioned?
The relation between Lorelai and Emily hasn’t always been a great one. So when Emily got that cruel letter written on her Birthday. Emily was convinced that Lorelai was the one who wrote the letter however Lorelai refused and insisted she didn’t write the letter. Although nothing is for sure, one thing that can be noticed is that Emily never mentions the handwriting on the letter, which can easily tell whether Lorelai writes the letter or not. This may mean that Lorelai didn’t write the letter and the letter was written by one the maids however this is just speculation since nothing was confirmed in the show.
