The career of Rahul Kohli:
Kohli played a major role in a crazy series “iZombie”. He was the one who landed his voice to the scarecrow in “Harley Quinn” followed by his appearance in “Supergirl”. And recently he made a special starter in “The Haunting of Bly Manor” as Owen. He just tried his luck by stepping into the shoes of spooky horrors.
His role as Owen was very different from all the comical roles he did in his previous projects. For instance, he did a comical role in “Harley Quinn”. But this time, he nailed the role of Owen, chef for the residents of Bly Manor.

Owen was not the only chef for Bly Manor residents He was more than that for everyone. It was seen that in the initial scene, he was a driver for Nani who drove her to Bly Manor. He was a psychiatrist for Hannah too when she needed one. And was a caretaker too when Hannah’s mother was suffering from Alzheimer’s.
Rahul Kohli’s statement:
Kohli is one of the interviews revealed that he was very harsh on himself during his role as Owen. It was quite tough for him to do the role he never did before. Moreover, he unpacked the character of Owen saying that Owen was a sweet and energetic man, and doing his role was refreshing for him. He loved working and shooting in the kitchen and felt that kitchen was one of the most peaceful places in the whole haunted mansion.
Upcoming projects of Rahul Kohli:
At the time of Bly Manor, Kohli was already shooting for “Midnight Mass”, a worth it movie for fans that revolves around the story of supernatural activities happening on an island started just after a priest arrives.
Apart from acting, Rahul is very active on social media especially on Twitter by posting snippets, trolling, and rewatching the series of “Star Wars: Rebels”.
