Fans have been eagerly waiting for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 2 after the show absolutely swept the comedy categories at the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards. And they seem to get the hang of it just in the winter of 2018 when they came up with 10 brilliant episodes with friends, family, and wannabe stand-up comedienne.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel season 2 premiered on the streaming giant on December 5, 2018 wherein all of its ten episodes dropped simultaneously, to the excitement of its fans! The trailer of the show was released a little over a month before of its premiere date, on October 28, 2018. In the second installment of the show, you would witness Midge Maisel (played by Rachel Brosnahan) continue her fledging stand-up comedy career.

Her mother Rose (played by Marin Hinkle) has everything in her life falling apart as her social life gets disrupted with her impromptu trip to Paris and we are invited to witness the second season of the series with this very scene. The family is then seen spending over two months on their annual vacation in the Catskills as soon as she returns home.

This is where Abe (played by Tony Shaloub) finds out about Midge’s comedy secret. Later, we see how Midge and her manager Susie (Alex Borstein) get involved in a star-making appearance on telethon as they must have initially planned to just go on a short tour. It is basically a performance that would allow singer Shy Baldwin to just offer her a spot on his tour.

However, she has been fixated in this rigmarole whether to choose career or family after her new boyfriend Benjamin played by (Zachary Levi) proposes to her. And the story continues and finally culminates to a magnificent end.
