A British fantasy drama is a television series based on the book written by Phillip Pullman. It is s produced by Bad Wolf and New Line Productions, for BBC One. HBO handles its international distribution; On 3 November 2019 the series was launched and has eight episodes by BBC One. The same year on 4th November HBO launched it in The United States and other countries. The unique thing about this movie is that before it got launched for season one, season two was signed off and announced. There might be a delay because of pandemic situations in the world.
His Dark Materials are set in parallel worlds and characters moving from one world to another. A different world is shown where humans have daemons as companions. The daemons are animals that are nothing but a manifestation of the human soul. The story revolves around a small girl named Lyra who is all alone and lives with scholars at Jordan College, Oxford. She accidentally finds out a secret about Lord Asriel Belacqua and Marisa Coulter while she was in search of her friend. Kidnappings that were linked to mysterious Dust and many other things were discovered by her. On her expedition of finding her friend, she gets to meet Will.
