Continue reading to discover some fascinating facts about the film. Salman Khan plays the lead in Hum Saath-Saath Hain, but he is the family’s second son. Sonali Bendre has a love interest in the film, but Tandon was reportedly the first choice for the role. Ranveenas planned a comeback, so Sonali had a role to play that could not be worked in their favour. According to the report, Salman wanted Raveena to play the role.

Mohnish Bahl portrayed the eldest son in Hum Saath-Saath Hain. In the film, he has a physical disability. This role appeared to be aimed at two well-known actors from the 1990s. According to IMDb, Anil Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor were the first choices for the role of Vivek in the film, marrying Tabu’s character. Mohnish, on the other hand, was also casted with a role in the movie. The actor was convincingly nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the 45th Filmfare Awards as well.

Tabu’s role, in addition to Mohnish’s, was offered to another actress. According to IMDb, Madhuri Dixit was supposed to play in Hum Saath-Saat Hainin place of her. Reigning queen Madhuri Dixit of the 1990s stated that she declined the role because she did not want to play Salman and Saif’s lawyers. Tabu eventually took on the role of responsible elder-in-law girl. According to reports, Aishwarya Rai was also offered a role in the film, but she declined. Despite the actors’ refusals, Sooraj Barjatya was able to create a great team and an incredible film for the audience.

Sooraj Barjatya directed Hum Saath-Saath Hain, which was inspired by his previous film. The tune for Anand and Sangeeta’s parody song “Sunoji dulhan” is similar to that of “Didi tera devar deewana.” And the children’s song is very similar to “Maay ni maay.” Both songs are from Sooraj Barjatiya’s previous film, Hum Aapke Hain Koun…!

Hum Saath-Saath Hain was released in November 1999, but it could have been released earlier. According to report, the film composer, Raamlakshman, was not persuaded to do the film justice, and writer/director Sooraj Barjatya must have worked hard to convince the musician to work on the film. Also, Raamlakshman had to compose nearly 27 songs, seven of which were eventually used. The majority of the songs have become well-known now.

REVIEW “Hum saath Saath Hain”

Barjatya provides more family unity for those who have had enough marriages in the HAHK. In fact, the Rajshris appear to be on perpetual vacation.

The industrialist’s father (Alok Nath) occasionally plays on a computer, but no one appears to be working. “The family that eats together stays together,” says Alok Nath wisely. The family lives in a mansion that is constantly crowded with friends and family, and they constantly plan parties, picnics, and eat.  Rajshris truly mean it when they say saath saath. When Vivek, the elder brother, goes on his honeymoon, his younger brothers, Vinod (Saif Ali Khan) and Prem (Salman Khan), their respective love interests, Karisma Kapoor and Sonali Bendre, and Vivek’s sister (Neelam), accompany him.

They go to Rampur, an ancient town, where they dance with smiling villagers and everything was going fantastic until these three witches come (Kalpana Iyer, Kunika, T.) They persuade the matriarch of the Rima family to cheat their family’s brothers. Rima is pulling Keykai and allowing the good son to quietly retreat back into the village. There are plenty of tears thrown away, but the family gathers.

Barjatya makes little effort in character development. In keeping with Barjatya’s common family-is-the-best philosophy, the cast consistently speaks about morals, duty, and upbringing, lending the film the depth of a mythological television serial.

Only Saif Ali, who plays the repulsive youngest brother, is known to be the most human. The majority of females dress up, dance, and cookmore often than not.

The witches, of course, smoke, play, and do not cook cards. HSSH is a patriotic fantasy of time, but it shines with Barjatya’s conviction.

Despite its diabetic sweetness, it contains some beautifully designed moments. He believes it despite the fact that it is retrograde and sentimental. And he makes you think about it to some extent.
