KALEY CUOCO’S HARLEY QUINN ADDS VEEP STAR TO CAST OF SEASON-3

The political satire show, Veep star Sam Richardson who played Richard Splett announced the news on twitter about his arrival in the Harley Quinn’s adult animated action-comedy. The news of “very special guest star” was all in the air and the fans were left to guess which character from James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad is going to lend his voice in the Season-3 of this animated television show. Upon which co-showrunner Patrick Schumacker of Harley Quinn animated series confirmed the association of Sam with The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco’s Harley Quinn.

“I am extremely excited for this possibility and equally if not more extremely excited for the reality of @SamRichardson showing up as [redacted] in @dcharleyquinn season 3!” the Harley Quinn boss aka co-showrunner tweeted as @Variety on twitter posted about Veep star’s news in a post as:

#Veep star Sam Richardson would love to play Beast in an #XMen movie: “I think Beast is like a big blue-haired Richard Splett.”

The series plot follows DC heart-throb villain, Harley Quinn’s adventures, which is voiced by Kaley Cuoco as the city of Gotham is left for taking as it is spinning deeply in turmoil. Now, as Harley’s puddin’ aka Joker (voiced by Alan Tudyk) is out of the picture, Harley is determined to take on the criminal throne as the Queen in the chaos alongside many of her well-known friends who are more than happy to join her. Her friends include: Poison Ivy voiced by Lake Bell, Doctor Psycho voiced by Tony Hale, King Shark voiced by Ron Funches, Sy Borgman voiced by Jason Alexander and Frank the Plant who is given the voice of J.B. Smoove.

This animated series is based on the DC villain Harley Quinn which was created by Paul Dinni and Bruce Timm. The executive producer of the series is Justin Halpern, Schumacker and Dean Lorey. Kaley Cuoco is the additional executive producer via her Yes, Norman Productions.

The series is aired on E4 in the United Kingdom and on HBO Max in the United States of America.
