The cosmetics magnate, 23, took to Instagram on Tuesday to flaunt her new long fair hair and her bends in a Charlotte Knowles dress ($680), basically subtitling the snap, “blondie.”
The underboob-exposing look includes a hot pattern at the chest, a scoop neck, and a realistic green and tan print.
This isn’t the principal body-embracing Charlotte Knowles outfit Jenner has worn as of late; in June, she twinned with sister Kim Kardashian in coordinating girdles by the British originator, in any event, blending hers with coordinating stockings.
