911 was dialled by a friend on Thursday. And by the time police reached the apartment, the victim had passed away.
According to their investigation, she was dead for more than one day.

According to her friend Mary Panzer, Carol’s boyfriend Joshua normally stayed on his medicine and behaved very well. Once he is out of his meds he behaves abnormally. They heard fighting, arguing, and shouting multiple times.
One of the victim’s neighbors claimed that once Josh was about to kill Carol’s dog. Even the police visited her apartment multiple times regarding the wellness check.
About Joshua
According to police reports Joshua was arrested multiple times from 2009. This year he tried to rob someone and hurt a man on his head due to which he was accused of some multiple charges.
Suspect Activity
After getting released from the jail he directly headed back to his girlfriend’s apartment. Police authorities trying to get details when he got released from jail.
