The creator of the show Amy Sherman-Palladino just announced last Thursday that they will start with the production in the upcoming year in 2021 from 7th January. According to her, they have already started working on the set, the costumes & on the scripts.
In December they will gather again their cast to work on further scripting work. But considering the COVID-19 situations, the whole production house has to work on certain protocols that may delay their schedules further.

The story is based on Upper-class housewife Miriam Maisel whose husband left her for his secretary. After separation, she started to find her career in stand-up comedy. The series has well portrayed the ups and downs in the life of a comedian.
The series is almost a 51 awards winner in different categories.
The series is quite a showrunner in Prime Video now as it showed many things that can’t be shown just like that in any other genre.
