Things are fairly black and white in the classic animation He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Prince Adam/He-Man is the universal guardian of Eternia, where he battles Skeletor’s wicked armies. Friends and foes are brought into the mix, but as a viewer, you know that good will always win. That isn’t always the case with Netflix’s newest sequel series, Masters of the Universe: Revelation.

With the first five episodes, the show has demonstrated that it is not hesitant to go out in new ways. In only the first episode, both He-Man and Skeletor are killed, leaving his allies to pick up the pieces in a world where magic is dwindling.

The possibility of He-Man dying is what drew executive producer Kevin Smith to the project in the first place. There are genuine stakes, and the fifth episode finishes on a major cliffhanger for where the series may go in the future.

Given that the initial batch of episodes is designated as “Part 1,” there must be a “Part 2” in the works at some time. Here’s what we know so far about Season 1 Part 2 of “Masters of the Universe: Revelation.”

Masters Of The Universe Revelation Season 1 Part 2 – Details on release date

Usually, you have to wait approximately a year for the next season of a Netflix series to come out. “Masters of the Universe: Revelation,” on the other hand, is a little different. The five episodes currently available are only the first half of the show’s 10-episode Season 1 order. That indicates the last five should appear sooner rather than later. Given that binge-watching five 30-minute episodes should be rather rapid, you may be anticipating the conclusion of the remaining tale with bated breath.

It appears that the next five episodes will be released sooner rather than later. Kevin Smith stated in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, “You’ve seen part 1, I’ve seen part 2.” The fact that Smith has already seen Part 2 suggests that it is finished. It’s simply a matter of when Netflix decides to make the episodes available. As a result, we wouldn’t be shocked if Part 2 was released before the end of 2021.

Masters Of The Universe Revelation Season 1 Part 2 – Details on cast members

In the first episode, “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” bucked expectations by removing He-Man and Skeletor, who were voiced by Chris Wood and Mark Hamill, respectively. They return later in the series, but for the most part, the first five episodes follow Teela (Sarah Michelle Gellar) as she sets out to recover the two halves of the Sword of Power. Even though Prince Adam received a grievous knife wound in the last episode, it would make sense for all three of these voice actors to return for Season 1 Part 2.

People don’t usually remain dead in cartoons, so you can bet he’ll be back in some manner. Evil-Lyn (Lena Headey), Cringer (Stephen Root), Orko (Griffin Newman), Man-at-Arms (Liam Cunningham), Beast Man (Kevin Michael Richardson), and the Sorceress of Castle Grayskull are among the other characters and voice actors that will most likely return in Part 2. (Susan Eisenberg). Kevin Smith, the series’ executive producer, also offered his family and friends jobs throughout the series. Stinkor is voiced by his “Jay and Silent Bob” co-star Jason Mewes, and Illena is voiced by his daughter, Harley Quinn Smith.

Masters Of The Universe Revelation Season 1 Part 2 – Details on story

“Masters of the Universe: Revelation” has entirely transformed what is achievable in this series in five episodes. The last episode concludes with Prince Adam resurrected, and just as he is ready to summon the Sword of Power, Skeletor emerges from Evil-staff. Lyn’s The villain wastes no time and stabs Prince Adam in what is likely one of the deadliest sequences to occur in a “He-Man” film. Skeletor then said, “I have the power,” allowing him access to hitherto unseen powers in the series.

It has major ramifications for the show’s future, and Part 2 of Season 1 will definitely investigate this enormous new danger. There’s also the hint that Prince Adam died shortly after being resurrected, but because that power has most likely returned to Eternia, there’s definitely a method to bring him back.

For the time being, anticipate Teela to remain the series’ main protagonist. She’d come a long way in just five episodes, relearning to trust her friends and the enchantment that surrounded Eternia. Part 2 will have even more difficult tasks, and fans will certainly await it with bated breath.
