After the release of some new pictures from the set of Thor: Love and Thunder, it is absolutely clear that we are going to see Matt Damon in the film. The production of the fourth part has finally started after a lot of delays due to the coronavirus pandemic situation. This movie is directed by Taika Waititi. The shooting is going on in Australia. Though Marvel Studios do not reveal the scenes pictures and clips it is really hard to do so, as some pictures make their way online giving a glimpse of the movie to the fans.

Earlier some images of Guardians of the Galaxy characters were revealed preparing for a reprise in their MCU roles along with Chris Hemsworth which gave us a tiny opportunity to look into the story of the upcoming film. Details of the movie are still under the wraps, but considering the performance of Thor: Ragnarok, there are high expectations from Love and Thunder. It is confirmed that Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster is going to return and is going to get her superhero title. Christian Bale is going to be in the role of the MCU villain, Gorr the God Butcher.
Besides them, Thor: Love and Thunder are going to have Damon coming back. Initially, his role was unclear, but after the release of new pictures, we can easily guess the character he is playing. He is going to reprise in the MCU world as Asgardian who plays Loki.
In the images, Damon is seen with Luke Hemsworth on the set. Considering their outfits, it seems like the film is going to show some dramatic scenes just like the previous movie.
When Damon’s arrival in Australia was reported for the Thor: Love and Thunder, there were assumptions that he might play a bigger role in the sequel as it is much of a task to fly straight to Australia and get into quarantine for reprising his role as Loki actor in the Ragnarok. However, Guardians of the Galaxy actors did the same, even they are expected to have minor roles.
