Joe from Transformers to Battleship has been adapted into a live-action film. And there will be one more toy-based film to add to the collection once the “Micronauts” film is released.
From 1976 through 1980, the Micronauts were a series of iconic science fiction toys produced by the Japanese Mego company and distributed in the United States. From 1979 until 1986, they were also the focus of a Marvel Comics series. The Micronauts are a squad of warriors that fight in the Microverse, a microscopic realm.

The plot begins when Arcturus Rann, the royal heir, returns after a thousand-year interstellar trip in suspended animation to discover his family has been killed. That sets off an epic battle for dominance of the Microverse between Karza and Rann.
