Rick and Morty collaborated with Dungeons and Dragons in 2018 for a comic book series. Fans of both the shows and games were excited to grab their copies of the first issue. Everything starts when Morty realizes that he can look attractive and be popular among girls at his school if he learns this new fantasy role-playing game. Then he got inside a game store and an employee invited him to play. There he realizes another thing that he needs to learn about all the ins and outs of the world. But he fails to educate himself and then seeks the help of his grandfather Rick, who is a genius scientist, but at the same time, he is mad and alcoholic.

What happened in the game and how it ended?
In the first issue of the comic book series Rick and Morty, starts from the first edition of the game. CBR states that in the 1st edition part of the series Morty is with a group of men in the garage. Later Rick makes a virtual stimulation and they enter into the 2nd edition, and both of them die. In the 3rd edition, Summer and Beth join unexpectedly. In the third issue of the book, there is a bit of reference to the 4th edition of the game.
