The new tvN show ‘Navillera,’ which will air after the conclusion of ‘L.U.C.A.: The Beginning,’ is based on a webtoon. Between July 26, 2016 and October 31, 2017, the webtoon was released.
Daum Webtoon Corp. published the webtoon. It was written by Hun and Ji-Min, and Lee Eun-mi, who is best known for writing the OCN thriller ‘Tunnel,’ adapted it for the show.

Navillera’ will debut on tvN on March 22 at 9 p.m. KST and will be available to stream on Netflix.
Plot
Shim Deok-chool (Park In-hwan) has always wanted to be a ballet dancer. He is 70 years old and is no longer working as a postmaster. He had put his dream aside as a young man in order to provide for his family, and he had settled into a steady career. Sim Deok-chool has decided to go for his dream once more. Despite his family’s opposition, Shim Deok-Chool remains unwavering. This includes his wife and adult children, which is why we see him preparing to fulfil his long-held ambition. He joins a dance company to learn the fundamentals of ballet and meets Lee Chae-rok there (Song Kang).
Lee Chae-rok, 23, had dabbled in sports such as baseball, swimming, and soccer, but he wasn’t particularly gifted in any of them, which is how he came to be involved in ballet. Chae-mother rok’s was a ballet dancer who died when he was a child. His father’s business failed and he went bankrupt. The young man discovered his passion for ballet, but after dedicating himself to the art form, he has no interaction with his father and struggles to support himself financially. Deok-chool emerges as his ambition to be a dancer starts to disappear in the face of adversity, and the two men learn life lessons from each other.

Han Dong-hwa, who previously worked on OCN’s ‘Bad Guys: Vile City,’ ‘Squad 38,’ and tvN’s 2019 ‘Ms Lee,’ is the show’s producer.

In the Netflix trailer for the show, Chae-rok and Deok-chool face challenges, but in the end, the two of them might be each other’s salvation. When Deok-chool met Chae-rok at the ballet studio where the latter performs, and the former has joined to rekindle his dream, their mutual love will help them overcome challenges, and the show so far appears to be heartwarming.
