Darth Maul is one of the strongest and vicious fighters of all time. Trained by Sith Lord, he knows how his double sworded lightsaber well enough to cause ultimate destruction. He is not only agile with fights but is also a mastermind whom we should never mess with.

Though the movies never portrayed his true essence properly, if you are a true Star Wars fan, you’ll know what I am talking about.

But it has been hinted that Darth Maul will certainly have a role in the newest movie. It may be a huge role or a mere cameo but it would still play a keystone part in developing Darth Maul’s character and humanizing him. Darth Maul’s voice actor, Ray Park, has confirmed this.

Maul has one of the most interesting backstories. He was the son of Mother Talzin, the leader of the Darthsisters of Darthomir. He was handed over to be trained when he was just one year old and was molded by Darth Sidious to hate the Jedi Knights.

Though he was believed to be dead for almost a decade he came back during the Clone Wars, proving that he is stronger than anyone thought.

Though Sheev Palpatine, Darth Sidious’ alter ego, tutors Darth Maul for most of his life, the details of their relationship were never spoken about. This may also be the plot for the next movie.

Hope this made your day!

Even as a little girl, I was fascinated by words. The idea of stringing words together to form meaningful sentences which could alter the emotions of other human beings excited me. At first I wrote fiction. It gave me a chance to live the different lives I’ve always wanted to. The way my friends reacted when they read my story gave me the greatest of joys. As I grew older, I realised that there are thousands of stories of people around me that deserved to be told. Then I started incorporating their stories to my fictional stories. Over the time, I leaned more towards article writing. I have always felt that writing is my super power. A power I could wield to bring joy and comfort to me and the people I care about.
