In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus revealed that he had taken objects from the show’s set throughout the years. Melissa McBride and Reedus will star in a Walking Dead spinoff following the show’s conclusion.
Reedus has come across various exciting props over the years, especially since Daryl is fond of using a crossbow as a weapon on The Walking Dead. As for how many crossbows he has, the actor told The IMDb’s Fan Q&A, “I guess I have nine.”
Reedus understood soon that he might have made a mistake by admitting to carrying some of Daryl’s weaponry home in the first place. Because, he said, “I guess it’s a crime to own one.”
Reedus assured that his next Walking Dead spinoff would not be what viewers expect. The Walking Dead won’t look anything like it, he promised. There will be no resemblance to an episode of The Walking Dead with just Daryl and Carol.
Daryl, Carol, Maggie, and Negan will have one more conflict to resolve before The Walking Dead’s final season when they cross up with The Commonwealth, a powerfully armed community.
Season 11 of The Walking Dead will premiere on AMC in the United States on August 22, 2021. Season 11 for Disney+ will premiere on August 23 in the United Kingdom.
