The series is based on a character named Alfred Pennyworth published by our favorite DC Comics which is as usual created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. The genre is Crime-Drama with the addition of Action-Thriller.
The Original network and Distributor of this Series are Epix and Warner Bros. respectively. The series has received generally favorable reviews from the critics and audiences for its intriguing characters and impressive set-pieces.
It is whopping 73% fresh on rotten tomatoes and scoring 8/10 ratings on IMDb. So, let’s know if season 2 of Pennyworth is canceled or renewed and other details too.
STORYLINE OF THE SERIES
The story focuses on Pennyworth’s lfe where he explores the initial life of the titular Wayne family butler. In the 1960s, Alfred Pennyworth, a former British SAS soldier forms a security company where he works with Bruce Wayne’s the richest father, Thomas in London. Eventually, Alfred comes to be a target of the Raven Society and further begins to work against them with the collaboration of American agents of the No Name League.
So in season 2, we may see that Alfred is in danger traps of Ravens as some new big mystery which is what happened between Martha and the Satanist cult chief. Fans will see the growing relationship between Martha and Thomas.

It’s great news for the fans that season 2 is already renewed by the original network Epix because season 2’s filming began in January 2020 and will end in September possibly. So fans can expect the release of Season 2 in this year only i.e in the month of September.
