Rachel Maddow and her wife, Susan Mikula, the MSNBC political analyst, are listing their $2.35 million Manhattan digs

The 2,650-square-foot pad, bought by the host of “The Rachel Maddow Show” in 2010 from REM frontman Michael Stipe for $1.25 million, is on the charming Jane Street of the West Village. It’s been renovated and restored since.

A video tour of the two-bedroom, 11⁄2-bathroom co-op, complete with easy listening Music, was shared by Brown Harris Stevens broker Mary Vetri, so Maddow fans can get a glimpse of what her lifestyle is like.

However, all extra features seem to have been removed; according to the Realtor.com listing, the home is set. The building, which dates from 1898, was a paper warehouse.

From wood columns and exposed brick to a massive wood-burning fireplace, it faces a charming cobblestone street and original features abound inside, along with fresh, modern features such as custom cabinets and hickory wood floors.
