Rogue City is a 2020 thriller film along the line of Stranger Things and the Umbrella Academy. This Netflix original movie was quite well received and has a score of 6.1/10 on IMDb. You can watch the trailer of the movie here-

Release date of the sequel

Though there hasn’t been any official announcement regarding this, we can assume that we will not be seeing it any time soon. For the first film, the production started in early August of 2015 itself. This means, we will certainly not be seeing the next film until 2023 to say the least.

Cast of the sequel

David Belle, Kaaris, Jean Reno, Lannick Gautry, Barbara Opsomer, Claudia Cardinale and Moussa Mouskri were casted in the last film. But we know that a lot of the characters they played have passed away in the movie. We are not from where the sequel would start. As the official list of characters has not been announced yet, we can assume that the same actors would be seen in the next movie as well.

The plot of Rogue City 2

With Vronski’s team going their separate ways and the day appearing to be saved, you would expect that to be the end of the film. However, as Vronski is enjoying life at sea, we notice a speed boat appearing in view and approaching. We then cut to each member of Vronski’s team in-turn as they’re all violently killed.

Georges Campana is the first to be targeted as he’s stabbed while walking down the street and Leonetti is next as he’s drowned in his own swimming pool by an unknown assailant. Max and Zach are sat talking in a car when two gunmen appear on a motorbike, shooting and killing them both.

Even as a little girl, I was fascinated by words. The idea of stringing words together to form meaningful sentences which could alter the emotions of other human beings excited me. At first I wrote fiction. It gave me a chance to live the different lives I’ve always wanted to. The way my friends reacted when they read my story gave me the greatest of joys. As I grew older, I realised that there are thousands of stories of people around me that deserved to be told. Then I started incorporating their stories to my fictional stories. Over the time, I leaned more towards article writing. I have always felt that writing is my super power. A power I could wield to bring joy and comfort to me and the people I care about.
