Congratulations to Scarlett Johansson and her husband, Saturday Night Live’s Colin Jost, on the birth of their first child together! Yesterday, Jost revealed that his wife was pregnant during one of his comedy events in Connecticut.
Jost posted on Instagram: “I admit it, we’ve had a baby. Cosmo is his name. He’s a great guy, and we adore him.” Michael Che’s ‘Weekend Update’ co-anchor, Michael Che, was also tagged in the post, with the hashtags #wegotawaywithitforalongtime, #nokidspolicy, and #weregoingtodisneyworld.
Despite being the couple’s first child, Cosmo is also a sibling for Johansson, who shares a 6-year old daughter with her ex-husband, French journalist Romain Dauriac, named Rose Dorothy. This comes on the heels of a lawsuit filed by Black Widow’s star against Disney over the movie’s streaming availability.
She claims that Disney breached her contract by distributing her Marvel solo movie via Disney+ Premier Access when it was released in theatres because her salary was tied to its box receipts.
Agent Bryan Lourd said: “This litigation was filed as a result of Disney’s deliberate breaching of the contract with Scarlett Johanssen. When it comes to income and earnings, Disney+ has been purposefully left out, excluding artistic and financial partners from their new equation. That’s it. Many of us in the creative community have worked successfully with Disney for decades.
After the case was filed, Disney called it “sad, disturbing, and without merit.” Now available in the UK and the US, Black Widow is also available on Disney+ with Premier Access.
