After two seasons filled with multi-million-dollar luxury homes, Los Angeles’s glorious sunsets, and cutthroat drama at the Oppenheim Group, Netflix’s Selling Sunset is back with a bang for season three with more scandalous drama to be seen and more exciting secrets to be spilled. The hit TV reality show dropped another season on Friday, August 7.
The reality TVshow stars high-end and elite real estate agents Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather Rae Young, Davina Potratz, and their bosses, Jason and Brett Oppenheim, who run The Oppenheim Group.
The series dropped its second season mid-quarantine in May 2020 and the first season aired in March 2019.
Since the season was already filmed a day before lockdown, the final cut of 8 episodes is already streaming on Netflix since August 7!
Apart from lavish homes and their prices, the show focuses on the personal and professional journeys of the rich and famous LA brokers as they fall in and out of love, try and test each other’s friendships, and constantly take digs at each other while competing for clients and properties.
The second season ended with the long-awaited wedding of Mary Fitzgerald and her French beau Romain Bonnet, and the third opens shortly after the couple tied the knot in October 2019.
As promised in the intriguing trailer for season 3, the episodes include the build-up hype around Christine Quinn’s wedding, more custody battles for Amanza Smith, and Chrishell Stause’s juicy divorce from her This Is Us star husband, Justin Hartley.
There are also rumblings of some realtors striking out from the Oppenheim Group to form their ventures.The show has received some mixed reviews from the critics and is rated 5.9 on IMDb.
