British comedy teenage drama, created as a web television series, Sex Education is a big success with forty million views. It is created by Laurie Nunn and stars Asa Butterfield as an insecure teenager and Gillian Anderson as his mother, who is also a sex therapist. The web series was launched first on 11 January 2019 on Netflix. With appreciations from both critics and fans, it has been a success in the last two seasons. With the second series being released on 17 January 2020, the third season has already been signed off.
But due to this pandemic, we cannot expect to see the season in the first part of 2021. It might be delayed. We can see Ncuti Gatwa, Emma Mackey, Connor Swindells, Aimee Lou Wood, and Kedar Williams-Stirling co-star. We can also see new characters like Viv, Isaac, and Rahim Isaac (George Robinson) became the primary barrier between Maeve and Otis’ romantic interest so they should be seen more.
The story is about a teenage boy who suffers from his sex making abilities and regular interference with his mother in his life. He gets troubled by school bullies. He decides to see the counselor and therapist to resolve the same. Season two ends made everyone think about what will happen to Otis and Maeve. Will misunderstanding between Otis and Maeve solve? Otis was seen calling Maeve who did not pick up the call as she was occupied in Quiz competition. Isaac deepens the confusion as he likes Maeve and doesn’t like her to go near Otis.
Will this complication end who shall win would be interesting to see in season three?
An imaginary village named Moordale is created and the surroundings are an ordinary life in the United Kingdom. Phones and the use of modern technology are also shown in the movie. It scored 94% as an average of two seasons on Rotten Tomatoes which is a fairly good score.
