Season 3 of Sex Education has here, and fans all around the world are binge-watching the new season on Netflix. Everyone who has finished Sex Education season 4 wants to know the same thing: When will Sex Education season 4 be released?
Release Date
Season 4 of Sex Education will most likely premiere on Netflix in the fall of 2022. The next season might debut in the summer, although that may be a touch too soon. Season 4 of Sex Education is expected to begin production later this year and conclude early next year. After that, we’ll have to wait roughly six months for the season to be available on Netflix.

It will be fascinating to watch what happens to the school’s personnel and the children of Moordale. With the school shutting, the program may shift away from some characters, implying that the cast members will not return in season 4.
Overall, that cast member list is very well confirmed for season 4. We can’t see Netflix or the creative team leaving anyone off that list in season 4. Everyone is curious, and rightfully so, about Emma Mackey and whether Maeve’s departure for America implies Mackey is departing the series. I have my doubts! If that’s the last we see of Maeve, it wasn’t a fitting sendoff.
Storyline and Trailer
We’ll have to wait for the official Sex Education season 4 description, but we all know where this is headed. Maeve will return from America at some point during Season 4. The remaining children will be transferred to another school, or Moordale will be purchased by an outside company. We’ll have to wait and see what happens.
With Otis and Maeve, I’m sure we’ll witness more will-they/won’t-they. It’ll be fascinating to watch what happens to Eric, Adam, and Rahim. I believe Adam and Rahim are up to something.
We’ll also likely find out what happens to Jean, Jakob, Joy, and Hope. We need to find out who the father of Jean’s child is! As previously said, the first peek or teaser for Sex Education season 4 will most likely be at TUDUM on September 25. We don’t expect to see the entire trailer at that time, but we’re hoping for something.
