After receiving 100% approvals rating from “Rotten tomatoes” and immense love from the audience all over, for its season 5 will She-Ra & the Princess of Power return for a Season 6. Could Netflix renew the reboot of 1985 She-Ra once again?
Noelle Stevenson’s creation, She-Ra and the princess of power has been critically acclaimed since its first season rolled out on “Netflix” on November 13, 2018 with total 13 episodes. The second season for the same was out on April 26, 2019, followed by the third season on August 2, 2019, the fourth one on November 5, 2020, and the fifth season on May 15, 2020. Was Season 5 the Finale? – A question disturbing all fans!
Season 5 of the show released on May 15, 2020 and proved to be as well crafted as the last four seasons. The Anime web series revolves around “She-Ra” aka “Adora” the orphan raised by Horde and her journey to end the sufferings of people of Etheria against the evil army of “Hordak”. Adora turns to “She-Ra” after she luckily finds a magic sword that has the ability to turn her into a Princess of Power – “She-Ra”. Amidst the rebel against “Hordak” along with a group of other magical princesses too Adora’s best friend “Catra” turns into her mortal enemy.
Towards the end of season 5, it’s shown that Adora has been able to save Etheria and also she luckily found her power of “She-Ra” back again. Well! A little background, she had to break the sword in season 4 which made her lose her powers. And the best part about Season 5 was when she saved “Catra”, her old best friend.
Season 6 – Is it happening?
Believe it, we are so disheartened to break it to you that the show had always been designed in a manner that Season 5 had to be the last one. Apparently it was decided since the beginning that there won’t be any Season 6.
But we are not losing hope as yet because who knows what in store. Almost all series are getting renewed and this one for sure is going to get great business to Netflix so why not?
