Supernatural, the dark fantasy series is nearly coming to an end, and fans can’t wait to know when the remaining episodes of the final season will release on Netflix. 

The show has had a 15-year-long run. The first few seasons aired on The WB and later on The CW before Netflix. 

Background

Supernaturals is the creation of Eric Kripke, with Andrew Dabb and Robert Singer.

The show’s star cast like stellar cast of Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles as Sam and Dean Winchester respectively has been in the lead role for longest period of time and gained lot of appreciation. 

Also, not just performance, the faces have got a new identity through this show in the eyes of audience.

Instead of knowing them from their real name, people have built a strong bond with the characters.

The series showcases the team work of two brothers as they hunt demons, ghosts, monsters, and other supernatural beings and overcome their own relationship struggles.

Season 5 concluded the series’ main storyline and Kripke departed as the showrunner. The show has had many other showrunners since!

When will the last few episodes be released?

Though the final season of the show was all planned to be on Netflix US on June 5th, 2020. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the production was shut down.

13 episodes of the final season are already available to stream on Netflix, and there are 7 more to go, and they will air on the CW Network before arriving on Netflix on October 8, 2020, as per the recent reports.

Release expectation was the in mid-September that will continue the story till October or November 2020! 

But viewers here is an update for you.

Don’t be disappointed as the remaining episodes will be airing on Netflix eight days after they air on their home network. 

The show has a huge fanbase and is rated 8.4/10 on IMDb.
