Since season 3 of Better Call Saul, AMC has made sure to release a few short webisodes with different characters who teach you about things that are related to their jobs. This includes animation segments as well as live-action footage.
The first series that debuted was Los Pollos Hermanos Employee Training that received the Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Short Form Comedy or Drama Series in 2017 featuring fan-favorite character Gus Fring played by Giancarlo Esposito.
