The Craft was a 1996 supernatural horror film following the lives of three teenage outcasts who perform dark magic against the people who don’t treat them like they wanted to.

At first, things go good until the magic they’ve been using starts hurting them as well.

The movie starring Robin Tunney, Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell, and Rachel True was received by the audience quite nicely though it never was a mainstream blockbuster hit. The movie has a 55% score on Metacritic and 55% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Despite its above-average reception, it became a cult classic for the lovers of teenage dark comedy. And it’s getting a sequel movie called “The Craft: Legacy”!

The Craft: Legacy is supposed to be a standalone movie, meaning that you can watch it without having to watch the 1996 movie.

The film is being directed and written by Zoe Lister-Jones and produced by Jason Blum, Douglas Wick, and Lucy Fisher. The cast includes many acclaimed actors such as Cailee Spaeny, Gideon Adlon, Lovie Simone, Zoey Luna, Michelle Monaghan, and David Duchovny.

Even as a little girl, I was fascinated by words. The idea of stringing words together to form meaningful sentences which could alter the emotions of other human beings excited me. At first I wrote fiction. It gave me a chance to live the different lives I’ve always wanted to. The way my friends reacted when they read my story gave me the greatest of joys. As I grew older, I realised that there are thousands of stories of people around me that deserved to be told. Then I started incorporating their stories to my fictional stories. Over the time, I leaned more towards article writing. I have always felt that writing is my super power. A power I could wield to bring joy and comfort to me and the people I care about.
