The Expanse season 5 to get premiere on NYCC 2020


As we all know the fact of turning everything virtual, following the same, New York comic Con a.k.a. NYCC has decided to premiere its American TV series, “The Expanse” on Amazon Prime Video.

The trailer of this science fiction series is going to give its glimpse on 8 October 2020. The casts and creators of the series will be revealed on the same day. There is a hope that the series will get premiered by December 2020.

The story of The Expanse revolves around the case of one missing woman who brings the captain of the ship and a detective together to unfold a huge conspiracy in the history of humanity.

According to the Official Press Release, Dominique Tipper is going to play the main lead. The fans are very excited to get into the thrilling peak experience of the science fiction series. For the audience who haven’t seen its previous seasons, the series is available on Amazon Prime Video.

Now you all must be guessing about its casts, right? The casts will be Steven Strait, Frankie Adams, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Wes Chatham, including many more.

The Expanse season 1-4 has been awarded by many precious awards including the Directors Guild of Canada Award and Hugo Award. It would be interesting and exciting to see how many awards come under the pocket of season 5.

For the readers who don’t know, the story of The Expanse has been adapted from the novel series of “The Expanse”, which was the series of eight science fiction novels and eight short stories by authors Ty Franck and Daniel Abraham, coming together as James S.A. Corey.

Leviathan Wakes, the first novel of the series was nominated in 2012 for Hugo Awards for best novel. Just like the series, four comics have also been adapted from the novel with the same name of origin 1,2,3, and 4.
